AI assistant

The chat assistant is an automated AI tool. Its answers may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not a binding offer. Do not share health, patient or other sensitive information in the chat. For anything important, confirm with our team.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: no attempts to break its security, overload it, send spam or submit false information.

Intellectual property

The Med IT Miami name, logo and website content belong to Cacheiro Electronic LLC. Other brand names mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we work with.

SMS terms

Program: Med IT Miami service text messages, sent from +1 (786) 232-9282 to clients and prospective clients who have agreed to receive them: estimates to review and sign, invoices with a payment link, payment and appointment reminders, and replies to support requests. No marketing messages.

Consent: you agree to receive these messages when you give us your mobile number to hire or request our services (in person, by phone, or by checking the text-message box on the meditmiami.com form). Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and cost: message frequency varies depending on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help: reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@meditmiami.com or +1 (786) 232-9282.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
