Do I need servers or an IT person?
No. Med IT installs, manages, updates and monitors your CRM on its own dedicated server in the cloud. Your team just uses it.
Can I keep my fax number?
Yes. We port the fax number your clinic already has, and you send and receive faxes from the CRM.
Where is my data, and who owns it?
On a dedicated server for your clinic on Amazon Web Services in the United States, encrypted with a key unique to your clinic. The data belongs to your clinic.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every clinic before activation. HIPAA compliance remains the responsibility of each covered entity.
Do I need the AI assistant?
No. Med IT CRM is available with or without the AI assistant.
How much does it cost?
Every clinic gets its own proposal after a free demo. Payment is by card, monthly or annual, and the first 7 days from activation are free.
